Twenty-two one bedroom apartments and efficiency units with either Gulf views or poolside views.

We are located in a quiet spot where the beach ends and an EMERALD GREEN waterway begins.  We have the best of both worlds: the beach entrance one block south of us and waterfront restaurants one block north of us. Many locals come to watch the island's Best Sunsets next to us at "Sunset Park" (waterfront park).

All our units sleep 4 comfortably and are exceptionally clean. Swim in our large heated pool or relax at the beach.  Great fishing 50 yards away in the Gulf Inlet at Sunset Park.  30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens.  90 minutes away from Orlando and Disney World.  Enjoy many nearby attractions such as Casino/Dinner Cruises, golf courses, the boardwalk at John's Pass, jet skiing, parasailing, Salvatore Dali Museum and much more!

$50.00 to $100.00 deposit required when making reservations.
There is a 60-day reservation cancellation policy, and cancellation fees may apply.

All rooms are Non-smoking rooms. Covered outside smoking areas available.
